Essential Qualification : Retired as Principal or equivalent post from the Govt. of India/State Govt./Central Govt./UTs/Boards/Corporations possessing the following educational qualifications & experience :-

(i) Master’s Degree from a recognized University;

(ii) M.Ed. in Special Education (Mental Retardation) from a Recognized Institution/ University by RCI;

(iii) Five years experience in the field of mental retardation from an RCI recognized Institution.
