Post Name:Senior Project Associate
Essential Qualification:
PhD in Life Sciences from a recognized University. OR
Master’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized University with four years’ post qualification research experience.
Desirable:
Analysis of bacterial, fungal and viral metagenomic sequences. Whole genome sequence assembly, annotation and phylogenetic analysis of bacterial and fungal isolates.
Evaluation of virulence and resistance functions in the NGS reads.
Post Name:Research Associate
Essential Qualification:
PhD in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognised University or MD or equivalent degree in Health Sciences from a recognised University
Essential Work Experience:
Work experience in the area of Virology, Cell culture and immunological assays or protein expression, purification and analytical characterization.
Live virus handling and neutralization assay.
Experience in Molecular biological techniques and Protein/antibody production, purification and characterization
Experienced in different protein purification methods using FPLC / HPLC.
Basic understanding and handling of Flow cytometer and computational biology skills.
Data analysis and interpretation
Desirable: One first author publication in reputed journaPost Name:Research Associate-II
Essential Qualification: PhD in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognised University or MD or equivalent degree in Health Sciences from a recognised University with one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Essential Work Experience:
Experience in cloning, protein expression and purification
Experience in cell-based assays, and handling of Flow cytometry
Working experience in Cell culture, propagation of live viruses, virus quantification etc.
Desirable: One first author publication in reputed journal.
