Indian Institute of Technology Mandi invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Junior Research Fellow/Project Associate-I
Essential Qualification:
(i) MS/MTech in Photonics/Communications/Signal Processing Or
(ii) B.Tech in Photonics/Communications/Signal Processing and allied disciplines with a GATE score in ECE/IN/PH/XE
Desirable:
(a) Should have a good understanding on the following UG level subjects
(i) Engineering mathematics
(ii) Signals and Systems
(iii) C, MATLAB and/or Python programming
(b) Hands-on experience with optical design software, free-space optics set ups, will be considered a plus.
(c) Hands-on experience with microcontroller/microcomputer platforms (like Arduinos/Raspberry PIs) and 3D printing will be beneficial.
