Essential Qualification:
1. Higher Secondary (Old Scheme)/Senior Secondary or its equivalent examination from the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, and
2. O or higher level certificate courses conducted by DOEACC under the control of Department of Electronics, Government of India. Or
Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (C.O.P.)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (D.P.C.S.) certificate conducted under the National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme. Or
Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application from a University established by law in India or from an institution recognized by the Government. Or
Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from a Polytechnic Institute recognized by the Government. Or
Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhman Mahavir Open University, Kota, under the control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.
3. Knowledge of working in Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of the culture of Rajasthan.
