Essential Qualification:
A PhD in history, environmental studies, geography or any of the social sciences.
Fluency in English and Tamil (reading, writing and speaking)
Essential Work Experience:
Experience of conducting archival research and/or
Experience of policy research and institutional ethnography and /or
Experience of ethnographic fieldwork
Desirable:
1. Substantial independent research experience, with demonstrated inter-disciplinary capabilities.
2. Excellent time management, multitasking and project management skills.
3. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
4. Willingness to learn
