Indian Institute Of Information Technology Sonepat invites offline application from eligible candidates for admission in doctoral programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -

Course name: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology with First Class or 60% marks (55% marks for SC / ST / PwD) / CPI or CGPA greater that 6.75 (6 for SC/ST/PwD) on a 10 point scale.

  • Masters Degree in Computer Science/CSE/Information Technology/relevant disciplines.

Essential Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Industry/academic experience.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant Industry experience.

Desirable: A valid GATE /UGC/CSIR/INSPIRE/NET Score/Equivalent Exam.

Admission Details

Indian Institute Of Information Technology Sonepat invites applications from eligible candidates for admission in various programmes. The method of admission will be Course Admission. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number IIITS/ ACAD-Ph.D./SNP/2023-24/01. The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. The selection process will include an Interview process. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Sonepat, Haryana, India, 131024.

The written test will be held on 01/07/2023 (Saturday) at 10:00 AM at respective centers as mentioned in the Admit Card of the candidate. The list of candidates to be call for the interview after qualifying in the written test will be displayed on the same day, therefore it is advised to wait for interview to be held on 01/07/2023 at 2:00 PM, if qualified in the written test.
