Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

  • M.Tech./ME/MS in Metallurgy, Ceramic, Polymer/ Plastic, Mechanical, Chemical Technology, Rubber Technology, Nanotechnology, Materials Science/ Engineering, Steel Technology, Process Metallurgy, Welding Engineering, Industrial Metallurgy, Foundary and forge, Production engineering, Surface Science/Engineering with GATE/NET qualifications and first class (minimum 60% marks or6.5 CPI) in B.Tech./BE, 12thand 10th class.Or

  • B.Tech. from IITs and IISc with 7.0 CPI or B.Tech./B.E. from other institutes with 75% or 8.0 CPI with valid GATE score in the above-mentioned disciplines.

  • The candidate desirably should have M.Tech./ ME degree with a minimum CPI of 7.0 or 65% of marks. The upper age limit for applying for the JRF position shall be 28 years (B.Tech/BE) or 32 years (M.Tech./ME).
