Post Name : Research Associate

Essential Qualification :

(1) Strong analytical and data collection skills.

(2) Ability to work collaboratively with a research team.

(3) Flexibility with working hours.

(4) Fluency in both Tamil and English is required.

(5) The candidate should be willing to travel locally in and around Trichy as needed and preferably possess a two-wheeler.

(6) The ideal candidate must hold a post-graduate degree (first class) in commerce, economics, management, or statistics, demonstrating excellent writing skills and a robust research orientation.

(6) Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, and Stata, along with familiarity with econometric modelling, is essential.

(7) Additionally, the candidate should possess advanced proficiency in MS-Office/Ms-Excel and strong report writing capabilities.

Essential Work Experience : Preferably, candidates with a Ph.D. in the mentioned fields are encouraged to apply, and those with prior experience in similar projects will be given preference.
