Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:

Post Name: Project scientist-II

Essential Qualification:

• Doctoral Degree in Science or Masters Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent; and

• Three years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services.

Desirable:

• Development and synthesis/deposition using Chemical Vapor Deposition/Molecular Beam Epitaxy of 2D Materials.

• Development and measurement expertise in surface science and Surface Probe Microscopy tools like XPS, ARPES, AES, LEED, AFM, STM etc

• At least 3 years of Post-doc experience on synthesis of 2D materials and characterization

Post Name: Administrative Assistant

Essential Qualification: Any graduate with good computer knowledge and MS office tools, well versed with Administrative, Purchase rules and procedures including GeM procurement and Accounts, etc.

Desirable: Persons having work experience of minimum 2 years. Personal served in Govt PSU / Autonomous Bodies / Statutory Bodies, State government will be preferred.
