Essential Qualification:Two years full time Post Graduate Degree/PG Diploma/PG Programme in Management with specialization in HR./Industrial Relations/Personnel Management/MBA./Master of social Work from recognized Indian University/Institute.

Essential Work Experience:

  • Should have worked in CIL or its subsidiary companies for more than 30 years.

  • Should have retired from CIL or its subsidiaries as General Manager(Pers) in E-8 grade.

  • Should have experience of working in Corporate Hqr. for more than four years as HOD.
