Essential Qualification :
(1) Degree of recognized university or equivalent and holding analogous post in pay level-6 with 05 years experience in administrative work and having knowledge of government rules and regulations in a Central/State Government Department/Institution or Autonomous Body
(2) Assistant/Junior Admin Officer with 05 years of regular service in pay level-6 and having knowledge of government rules and regulations and 5 years of experience in administrative work in respective grades in a central government/state government/autonomous body
(3) Upper Division Clerk with 15 years service in pay level-4 and having knowledge of government rules and regulations and 5 years experience of administrative work in a central/state government/autonomous body
