Uttarakhand Public Service Commission invites applications for Draftsman Examination 2023

Exam name: Draftsman Examination 2023

Educational Qualification:

  1. A Candidate for direct recruitment to a post in the Service must possess a certificate of Draftsmanship or a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution.

  2. Intermediate from a Board/Institute recognized by the Central or State Government.

  3. Diploma / I.T.I. certificate in the relevant trade from an institute recognized by the Central or State Government.

  4. Must have passed the High School Examination of the Board of Secondary Education, Uttarakhand or any examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.

  5. Must have any one of the following qualification:-

    Certificate in Cartography of University of Roorkee.

    Cartography certificate awarded by the State Council of Technical Education, Uttarakhand.

    Three years Certificate in Cartography from Banaras Hindu University.

    Three years Diploma in Architectural Assistantship awarded by Government Art College, Lucknow.

    Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded by the State Board of Technical Education, Uttarakhand.

    Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded by any other institution recognized by the Government.

    Certificate in cartography awarded by the National Council of Vocational Training to the trainees of the Industrial Training Institute, Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India, fully run by the Labor Department.

    Two and a half year certificate in Cartography from Aligarh University
