Essential Qualification:
Officers of the Central Government or State Governments:-
(a)(i) holding analogous post on regular basis, or
(ii) with eight years regular service in the post in Level-2 of the pay matrix.
(b) possessing the following qualifications, namely:-
(i) knowledge of Computer operation.
(iii) typing speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi on computer, and
(iv) knowledge of Hindi Proof reading and copy holding.
