Essential Qualification: 1st class Masters Degree in (Anthropology/ Social work/ Psychology/ Human Genetics/ Biotechnology) from a recognized university with 4 years experience OR 2nd class Masters Degree + PhD degree (Anthropology/ Psychology/ Psychology/ Human Genetics/ Biotechnology) from a recognized university with 4 years experience.

Desirable: Experience in

• health systems research on sickle cell/ haemoglobinopathies in tribal areas

• handling big data sets with working experience in SPSS

• experience of handling qualitative data

• scientific writing with evidence of publications in peer- reviewed journals.

Post Name: Research Assistant

Essential Qualification: Post-Graduate in (Anthropology/ Psychology/ Social work/ Human Genetics) from a recognized university.

Desirable: Three years work experience from a recognized institution in

• haemoglobinopathies related research in tribal areas

• working experience in SPSS

• experience of qualitative research
