Essential Qualification: Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Autonomous Organizations or University or any Institution of Higher Education/ Research.
(a) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) With three (3) years regular service in the pay scale of L-8 of 7th CPC or equivalent; and
(b) At least 3 years experience in a govt. department or educational or research institution, autonomous organization etc. in organizing, conducting and implementing educational programmes.
