Essential Qualification :
(1) Masters in Social Work (MSW)
(2) Good ability in speaking and written English (preferably Marathi and Hindi too)
(3) Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently
(4) Willingness to travel in Mumbai and Thane District for data collection
(5) Preference for persons with prior experience of research in the field of criminal justice.
