Department of Fisheries invites applications for the following posts via the Deputation

Essential Qualification: 

(a)

(i) Post Graduate Degree in Zoology or Marine Biology or Oceanography or Industrial

Fisheries or Fisheries Science or Chemistry or Biochemistry or Food Technology

from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent. OR

(ii)Post Graduate Diploma in Fisheries Science from the Central Institute of Fisheries

Education, Mumbai, or equivalent

(b) Possessing Seven Years of experience in Fish Processing or Fish Processing

Technology including five years of administrative experience in a Managerial

capacity is a concern.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or

(ii) with five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level 11 (67,700-2,08,700) of Pay Matrix (revised) [PB-3, 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of 6600 (pre-revised)] or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department;

Age limit: 18-56
