Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Junior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification:Masters degree in Physics/Engineering physics/Applied Physics/ with a minimum of 60% marks, selected through a process prescribed in any one of the following:
(a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests-UGC NET including lectureship and GATE.
(b) The selection process through National level examinations conducted by MHRD and its Agencies and institutions such as UGC / llT / llSc / IISERs / lllTs etc.
Essential Work Experience:
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in the following:
(i) semiconductor device processing, fabrication techniques such as lithography, metallization, etching
(ii) Experimental condensed matter experiments
(iii) Semiconductor deice simulations, MATLAB, C
