Essential Qualification:

  • Should have retired from Central Government /Central Autonomous Bodies, PSUs from a post having Pay Level – 7 to 10. He/she must possess at lease a Graduate Degree and should have a command on Noting/Drafting in English and Hindi.

  • The person should have experience in the field of implementation/compliance of the labour laws relating to Contract Labour, Minimum Wages, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Equal remuneration etc.

  • He should be capable of Liaising with the Government Departments, Advocates in the matter relating to labour laws.
