Essential Qualification: Officers retired at the level of US/ DS/ Director or equivalent in Pay Level- 11/12/13 from any Central Government Ministry/ Department with a minimum 5 years experience in the related fields like Gender Equality/ Women Empowerment/ International Cooperation, etc.
