Post Name: Assistant
Essential Qualification:
(i) By deputation of Upper Division Clerk in the Level-4 (Pre-revised PB-1, 5200-20200 + GP 2400) of the ICAR Institute having at least 10 years of regular service in the grade on the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee. OR
(ii) By Deputation of persons holding analogous posts ie Assistant on substantive basis in the Level-6 of the 7th CPC (Pre-revised PB 9300-34800 + GP 4200/-) having completed the minimum tenure of 3 years of regular service after the initial appointment of ICAR headquarters/Institute as on 1st January 2022
Post Name: Upper Division Clerk
Essential Qualification:
(i) By deputation of regular Upper Division Clerks of ICAR Institutes/Headquarters. The deputation shall be for a period not exceeding three years OR
(ii) By deputation of regular Lower Division Clerks of ICAR Headquarters/Institutes having at least 8 years of regular service. The deputation shall be for a period not exceeding three years OR
(iii) By transfer on permanent absorption of regular UDC of ICAR Headquarters/Institutes.
