Essential Qualification:
Person serving under the Central or State Government:
(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR
(ii) Holding the posts carrying pay scale of (5200-20200) with Grade pay of 2400/- (Pre-revised) with six years regular service in the grade
(iii) Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognized boards.
(iv) Certificate of competency as Sarang from recognized Government Institute or equivalent.
Desirable:Two years experience as Sarang in-Charge of a vessel of twenty Horse power.
