Post Name: Scientist/Engineer-SC (Agriculture)

Essential Qualification:

  • M.Sc. in Agricultural Physics/ Agricultural Meteorology/ Agronomy or equivalent with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.

  • B.Sc. in Agriculture with an aggregate minimum of 60% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale.

 

Post Name: Scientist/Engineer-SC (Atmospheric Sciences and Oceanography)

Essential Qualification:

  • M.Sc. in Physics/ Atmospheric Sciences/ Meteorology/ Ocean Sciences or equivalent with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.

  • B.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics with an aggregate minimum of 60% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale

 

Post Name: Scientist/Engineer-SC (Computer Science Engineering)

Essential Qualification:

  • M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering with Specialization in Image Processing/ Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning / Computer Vision with an aggregate minimum of 60% (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale.

  • B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Engineering /Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology (IT) with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.

Recruitment Details

Space Applications Centre invites application for various posts. Total 19 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number SAC:04:2023. The minimum age limit is 18 and the maximum age limit ranges to 32, depending on the specific post. Please look at the Official Notification for the age limits mentioned for each post. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: Person With Benchmark Disability will be as per the government rules. The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. The selection process will include an Interview process.
