Post Name: Consultant (Purchase and Liaison, Legal)

Essential Qualification:

Consultant (Legal):

(i) Retired as a Section Officer or equivalent from the Central Government or State Government; or

Retired as an Assistant Section Officer/Head Clerk/Assistant from the Central Government or State Government.

(ii) Possessing five years experience in handling court cases and arbitration matter.

Consultant (Purchase and Liaison):

(i) Retired as an Under Secretary from the Central Government or State Government. or

Retired as an Executive Engineer from the Central Government or State Government. or

Retired as an Assistant Engineer from the Central Government advocates in the matter of court/CAT cases (ii) Liaison works with various Govt. Departments (iii) Assist VIP/higher official movements (iv) Procurement of civil works.
