Essential Qualification :
(1) PG, Diploma / Degree in journalism / Mass Media or Graduate with minimum 2 years journalistic experience.
(2) Should reside at the respective district headquarters or within a radius of 10 kms. from the District Headquarters /Municipal limit in the district for which he / she is being engaged.(3) Knowledge of computer and word processing.
(4) Possession of news gathering devices.
Desirable : Experience of coverage for electronic media.
