Post Name: Meeting Office Executive

Essential Qualification:

1. Graduate (preferably in Life Sciences) from a recognized university 
2. Familiarity with electronic communications 
3. Familiarity with online productivity tools and use of personal computers and productivity software
4. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

Desirable:

1. Diploma in Management or research degree
2. Experience in events management and organising scientific meetings.
3. Experience in obtaining necessary permissions form Government agencies for holding publicly funded meetings
4. Ability to draft budgets for international meetings would be an advantage
