Department of Food and Public Distribution invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Post Name: Joint Director (Technical)

Essential Qualification:

(i) Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Oil Technology or Degree in Science with postgraduate Diploma in Sugar Technology from a recognized University or Institute.

(ii) Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or recognized Universities or Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous or Statutory organizations or research institutions fully or substantially controlled by the Central or State Governments:-

(a) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or

(b)with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level 11 in the pay matrix.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) having five years Experience in sugar or edible oils sector in an institute or organization under the Central Government or State Governments or recognized Universities or Public Sector Undertakings or Statutory or autonomous Organisation or research Institutions fully or substantially controlled by the Central or State Governments.
