Essential Qualification:

• A Masters degree preferably in Technology/Development Policy/ Administration/ Business Management/ Innovation Management/ Entrepreneurship with minimum 6 years of experience in the domain of technology transfer and commercialization, innovation and IP management start-up and entrepreneurship etc.

• Substantial years of experience in technology licensing and commercialisation programs. Have experience in IP Management in academic and industry setup. Have hands on experience in technology Transfer project management and successfully executed transferred technologies to industry. Have exposure to innovation and start up industry and depth understanding about the sector. Worked in incubation unit and have connection with industry, investors etc. Understood well about cluster approach of innovation and technology development. Had experience in designing and delivering capacity development and training program in the areas of technology development and commercialisation.

Desirable: Good communication and presentation skill, research and report writing, monitoring, and evaluation, impact evaluation, passion for the sector etc. Experience as an entrepreneur wherein the candidate has himself/herself created a start-up (successful or failed start-up) will be an added advantage. Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.

Essential Qualification:

• B.Tech with 4+ years’ experience.

• M.Tech/MCA with 2+ years’ experience.

• M.Sc (IT)/Computer Science with 5 years’ experience..

Preference:

• Proficiency in PHP, HTML and Javascript and framework or systems such as AngularJS and Laravel etc.

• Knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) and SQL.

• Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping frameworks

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team

Essential Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech. (Information Technology/Information Science/Computer Science/ Electronics with Nil experience.

• Diploma (Information Technology/Information Science/Computer Science/Electronics or equivalent with 5+ years

• B.E/ B.Tech. (Information Technology /Information Science/ Computer Science/ Electronics) with 2 Years’ experience

• MBA along with B.E/B.Tech (Information Technology/Information Science/Computer Science/Electronics) or equivalent with Nill Experience.

• M.E./ M.Tech. (Information Technology /Information Science/ Computer Science/ Electronics)/MBA (IT) from recognized institutions of UGC /AICTE / MCA with Nil experience.

• M.Sc. (Information Technology / Computer Science) with 1-2 years’ experience. Diploma (Information Technology /Information Science/ Computer Science/ Electronics) or equivalent with 8+ years’ experience

• Understanding the functional and technical requirements for best implementation of programme/schemes.

• Preparation of quality and standard concept document, design documents, process flow document, guidelines user manuals towards the requirements.

• Liaision with senior officers of the Government/ Ministry to operationalize and integrate the analytical framework with existing systems.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in MS Office, application testing, basic knowledge of mobile technologies , data analysis, data mining and reports.

• Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Hindi is also desirable.
