Post Name : Consultant (Estt./HR)
Essential Qualification : Applicant having Bachelor Degree or equivalent from a recognised University.
Essential Work Experience :
(1) Applicant should be a retired Central/ State Government employees/ Retired PSU employees / retired IIT employees/ at the Level 12.
(2) Applicant should be from non-government / private / consultancy firms / Multinational organizations with minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in the relevant field would be essential.
Desirable : MBA/PGDM (HR) officer having required experience in handling DoPT matters shall be given preference.
