Post Name: Consultant (Manufacturing Excellence)

Essential Qualification: Master Degree or Bachelor Degree or Engineering degree (In any Field) from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks.

Essential Work Experience:

• Should have experience in re-Engineering the Machine Efficiency

• Should have experience in improving the productivity of the Machines.

• Should have experience in day-to-day operations at shop floor

• Should have strong liaison with the industries so that the incumbent can obtain live projects for students on areas of lean manufacturing tools, quality assurance audits and other practical training in the factories/plants.

• Should have worked in the development stage of the quality production.

• Should have experience in Maintaining budgets and optimize expenses

• Should be able to set policies and processes.

• Should have experience in handling employees for improving productivity.

• Should have experience in setting up and establishing a team with latest Industrial engineering concepts and technologies.

• Should have handled Employee training.

• Should have experience in report preparation.

• Should have proven track record of providing solution to organisation problem
