First Class BE / B. Tech or equivalent (as per AICTE) in EEE/ECE/CSE/Chemistry Engineering /Material Science/Metallurgy with ME / M.Tech / MS degree in the relevant field Or
First Class M.Sc..in Chemistry with a valid SLET / NET / GATE score.
