(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;

(ii) Lower Division Clerk in the Pay Matrix Level-2, Rs. 19,900- 63,200/- (as per 7th CPC), [Pay Band-1, Rs. 5200-20,200/- with grade pay of Rs. 1900/- as per 6th CPC] with eight years of regular service in the grade.
