For Deputation:

  • Analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

  • A post in the pay level 10; (56100177500) with five years regular service in the pay level; or A post in the pay level - 8; (47600-151100) with six years regular service or equivalent; or

  • A post in the pay level - 7; (44900-142400) with seven years regular service or equivalent. and

  • Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognised university;

  • Five years of experience in dealing with legal or court matters.

For Direct Recruitment:

  • Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognised university;

  • Five years of experience in dealing with legal or court matters.
