Essential Qualification :

(1) Applicants must have a Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (from top-tier institutions) with outstanding grades. Candidates with the intention of pursuing doctoral studies are highly encouraged to apply.

(2) Consideration will also be given to candidates with a Masters or 4-year bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science with at least one year experience in the finance industry.

(3) Applicants must have strong quantitative analysis skills and sound knowledge of data and econometric methods. Coding/writing programs with econometric software such as STATA or R is desirable.

(4) Familiarity with financial and economic databases such as Prowess, Compustat, CEIC, IMF, World Bank etc. is desirable, but not mandatory.

(5) Applicants must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and should be able to work in a team environment.
