National Brain Research Centre invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/Direct Recruitment:

Post Name: Scientist-V/Additional Professor

Eligibility: Employees of the Central or State Government, Universities/ Public Section Undertakings/ Autonomous bodies/ Government funded Scientific/ Research/ Teaching institutes or organizations, subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:

• Holding analogues post on regular basis in the parent cadre or

• with four years regular service in Level the relevant field

Essential Qualification: Ph.D/ equivalent degree in Engineering/ post graduate Medical qualification-MD or equivalent with original high quality research work as evidenced by publications or publications & patents.

Post Name: Scientist-IV/Associate Professor

Eligibility: Employees of the Central or State Government, Universities/ Public Section Undertakings/ Autonomous bodies/ Government funded Scientific/ Research/ Teaching institutes or organizations, subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:

• Holding analogues post on regular basis in the parent cadre or

• with three years regular service in Level – 11 in the relevant field

Essential Qualification: Ph.D/ equivalent degree in Engineering/ post graduate medical qualification-MD or equivalent with original high quality research work as evidenced by publications or publications & patents, with 5 years of post-qualification experience in Neuroscience or related fields.

Post Name: Scientist-III/Assistant Professor

Essential Qualification: Ph.D/ equivalent degree in Engineering/ post graduate medical qualification-MD or equivalent with original high quality research work as evidenced by publications or publications & patents, with 3 years of post-qualification experience in Neuroscience or related fields.
