Essential Qualification: Officers of the Central Government -
holding analogous posts or
with two years service in posts in Level 7 in the pay matrix (44900- 142400) [Pay band-2 (9300-34800) with Grade Pay of 4600/- as per 6th Pay Commission] and
Graduation from a recognized University
Possessing two years experience in administration, establishment and accounts matters and having undergone training in Institute of Secretariat and Management, Delhi (ISTM), related to Administration matters.
