CSIR Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Senior Technical Officer (Medical Officer)

Essential Qualification: MBBS, with minimum 55% marks

Desirable:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience (after compulsory rotational internship) in a reputed hospital of bed strength 300 or more (or)
  2. DNB in Paediatrics with minimum one year of experience in a reputed hospital of bed strength 300 or more (or)
  3. MD in General Medicine/ Paediatrics

Post Name: Senior Technical Officer

Essential Qualification: M.Sc./B.E/B.Techor equivalent in Biotechnology with minimum 55% marks.

Desirable:

More than 5 years of experience in a high throughput sequencing lab, with experience in various library preparation techniques including whole genomes, exomes, targeted clinical panels, whole transcriptomes and in handling NGS machines from vendors like illumina, Thermofisher, MGI, PacBio, Oxford Nanopore Technologies etc.
