Essential Qualification: The applicant should have a distinguished academic record with first class degree in both Bachelors and Masters level, and with PhD or equivalent from a reputed institute. She/ he should be an aspirational leader with the passion and vision to make IIM Lucknow a world-class institute, backed by excellent academic and professional qualifications, strong communication skills and demonstrated administrative capabilities.

Essential Work Experience: 

• At least 15 years of teaching/research experience, of which at least 7 years should have been as a full Professor at IIMs or other peer institutes in India and/ or abroad. or

• At least 15 years of industry experience in senior managerial positions in reputed organizations in India and/ or abroad.
