Office of Development commissioner for Handicrafts invites applications for the following posts via Deputation :

Post Name : Deputy Director (Handicrafts)

Essential Qualification :

(1) Officers under the central government or State Governments or Union territories or public sector undertakings or Universities or recognized research Institutions or autonomous or statutory organization

(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department

(ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level 10 in pay matrix in the parent cadre

(2) Bachelor degree in design or fine arts (fashion or textile or apprel production or four years duration from a recognized university

(3) Deiploma in fine arts of three years from a recongnized university or board or university

Essential Work Experience :

(1) Seven years experience in the field of Handicrafts or Cottage or small scale industry

(2) five years experience in the field of Handicraft or Cottage or small scale Industry.
