Post Name: Project Associate-I

Essential Qualification:

  • Master Degree in Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Botany/ Plant Sciences/ Biotechnology Molecular Biology/ Biochemistry/ Bioinformatics from a recognized university

  • M.Sc or M.Tech in Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology/Genome Informatics or

  • M.Sc in Statistics or

  • M.Tech. in Bioinformatics

  • M Sc in any area of Sciences with Diploma in Bioinformatics

Desirable:

  • Work experience in NGS/ genome wide molecular markers/ High-throughput Genotyping/ Molecular mapping/Genetic engineering/ Plant Genome analysis/ GWAS/ Molecular Biology.

  • Knowledge of Linux and Python Programming/ Javascript

  • Knowledge of Linux and Programming
