Post Name: Adjunct Faculty
Essential Qualification: The Candidate should have the doctoral qualification in the discipline to be covered by AJNIFM such as Finance and Accounts, Economics, Data Analytics and ICT, Government Accounts, etc. In addition, he/she must have a First Class or equivalent Master Degree or a qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Company Secretary.
Essential Work Experience: Adjunct Faculty will be mostly retired scholars of eminence with high reputation in teaching, research and publications. They would have more than 30 years of teaching experience and would have aleast 10 research articles published in ABDC or Scopus listed journals or equivalent peer reviewed journals listed by UGC besides publication of text books or other books related to financial management. They would have supervised atleast six Ph.D. Scholars

Essential Qualification: Professor of Practice should be an accomplished professional/expert in his/her field of discipline with or without Ph.D. qualification. He/she would be an accomplished scholar in his/her area of specialization and his/her association should add value to the academic programmes/research and consulting he/she is to be associated.
Essential Work Experience: Professor of Practice would mostly be retired Civil Service Personnel who would have distinguished service record of more than 30 years. He/she should have domain knowledge in various areas of Public Financial Management
