National Commission for Minorities invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:

Post Name: Legal Officer

Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territory Administrations or public sector undertakings or Universities or recognised research institutions or Semi-Government or autonomous bodies or statutory organisations:

  • Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

  • With five years regular service in Level-10 (56100-177500) in the pay matrix or equivalent rendered after appointment in the parent cadre or department.

Essential Qualification:

  1. Bachelors degree in Law of a recognised University or Institution and six years experience in legal matters; or

  2. Masters degree in Law of a recognised University or institution and five years experience in legal matters.

 

Post Name: Librarian and Information Assistant

Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territory Administrations or public sector undertakings or universities or recognised research institutions or Semi-Government or autonomous bodies or statutory organisations:-

Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

Six years regular service in Level-5 in the pay matrix (29200-92300) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Essential Qualification:

  1. Bachelors degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognised University or institute; and

  2. Two years professional experience in a Library under Central Government or State Government or autonomous bodies or statutory bodies.
