Essential Qualification:
(a) Graduate/Post Graduate Degree preferably in humanities/ social sciences/ music/dance/drama;
(b) Understanding and knowledge of performing arts as performer/writer/producer;
(c) Experience in formulating, planning and administering of projects/schemes dealing with performing arts especially in northeastern region;
(d) Knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations.
