Post Name: Scientific Development and Communication Officer

Essential Qualification: Masters degree in Science, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields (with an aggregate of 60% marks)

Essential Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience, at least one year in social media management, science communication, and outreach programs.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of using Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible language

  • Experience in implementing outreach programs

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and analytical tools

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

 

Post Name: Scientific Communication Coordinator

Essential Qualification: Bachelors in Science, Engineering, Public Policy, Economics, International Relations, and related fields.

Essential Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience, at least one year in science communication.

Desirable:

  • Expertise in contemporary digital communication and project management tools.

  • Experience in drafting and developing communication outputs such as press releases, newsletters and long-form reports & policy briefs.

  • Very good English language skills, particularly in popular Science writing. Fluency in regional languages is an added advantage.
