Essential Work Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Govt. /Public Sector Projects.

  2. Should have at least 2 years of experience in Social Sector domain (like microcredit/ poverty alleviation/ livelihoods generation/ skill development/ capacity building/ entrepreneurship development etc.).

  3. Hands-on-experience in handling development projects with Central or State Govt. would be given preference.
