Essential Qualification:  Officers with 5 years service in the IRS (C&IT) cadre and working in Level 11 as per 7th CPC matrix are eligible for consideration for appointment to the post of Under Secretary, Senior Technical Officer and Senior Analyst. Officers with 4 years service in the IRS (C&IT) cadre are eligible for consideration for appointment to the post of Technical Officer.
