Essential Qualification: Applicant must hold a deastra via Direct Recruitmentgree in Law from any recognized university and be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
Essential Work Experience: Applicant must have at least 10 (ten) years of practice as an Advocate ordinarily, in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, on the date of advertisement, certified by the Registrar of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, that be ordinarily practices in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

Essential Qualification: Applicant must hold a degree in Law from any recognized university and be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
Essential Work Experience: Applicant must have at least 7 (seven) years of practice as an Advocate ordinarily, in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, on the date of advertisement, certified by the Registrar of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, that be ordinarily practices in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
