Post Name: Chief Technical Officer

Essential Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E/Dual Degree in Engineering/Technology preferably in mining or mining machinery from recognized university/institute of repute

Essential Work Experience:

• For Masters degree holders - at least 12 years OR for Bachelors degree holder - at least 15 years of working experience in technology business sectors for technology development, commercialization and implementation

• Prior experience in product developments and deployments preferably in the areas of Industry 4.0 applicable to Exploration and Mining

• Proven experience as a CTO OR similar senior-level innovative executive looking for a change to contribute to the mission of Atamanirbhar Bharat.

• Excellent communication skills with an understanding of budgets, business-planning and inter-disciplinary skills like collaboration/partnership, organizational development and planning and so.

Desirable: .

• Prior Experience in translation research work into product development and deployments preferably in the areas of Industry 4.0 applicable to Exploration and Mining.

• Good understanding of the Industry-Academia ecosystem.

• A successful senior-level innovative executive looking for a change to contribute to the mission of Atamanirbhar Bharat.

• Effective communication, inter-disciplinary skills, Collaboration/Partnership, Organizational Development and Planning.

• Commanding respect, ability to interact comfortably with eminent and senior academicians, professionals, students, collaborators and other stakeholders.

• Should be willing to travel extensively.
