Essential Qualification: 

• Officers under the Central Government, its autonomous organizations, or State/UT Governments holding analogues posts on regular basis, or five years regular service in the pre-revised scale of 15600-39100 +GP 5400 or 7 years regular service in the prerevised scale of 9300-34800 +GP 4800 or 8 years regular service in the revised scale of 9300-34800+GP 4600

• The Officer must have a graduate degree in Commerce or Business Management with a specialization in Financial Management, or have passed the ICWA/CA examination, or passed the SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any organized Accounts Department of the Central Government.
