Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission invites applications for the following post(s) via Direct Recruitment:

Post Name: Chairperson

Essential Qualification:

(i) The Chairperson shall be a person of ability, integrity, and standing who has adequate knowledge of and has shown capacity in dealing with problems relating to engineering finance, commerce, economics, law management, or administration.

(ii) The Chairperson State Commission shall not hold any other office.

(iii) Person having any financial or other interest which is likely to affect prejudicially his functions as the Chairperson not eligible.

(iv) The Chairperson of the State Commission shall not be eligible for re-appointment in the same capacity as the Chairperson in that Commission in which he had earlier held office as such.

(v) No Chairperson shall hold office as such after he has attained the age of sixty-five years.
